I was 11 when I slept on a mattress on the floor next to my two sisters, with homeless strangers sleeping on the other side of the door. We lost our family home in the 2008 financial recession. This is when I learned I couldn’t trust my parents to take care of me. I learned that in order to survive I could only depend on myself. I had to be tough and not feel my emotions. I had to be capable.
That's when my inner big dog was born. I needed her to survive.
I took her everywhere. Into a heavy-duty mechanics apprenticeship, where I won awards for being the hardest-working apprentice. Into every room where I could prove I was tougher than the guys. I’d compete with them and show them I was better. I would show them I could out drink them.
I needed nothing from anybody. I thought anyone who asked for help was weak. I thought women who showed emotion were “crazy”. I played the "chill girl" and pushed everyone away. (But secretly craved not feeling so alone)
I kept choosing men who wouldn’t show up, because I didn't need them to or frankly wouldn’t allow them to because “I could do it better”. They felt emasculated and useless so they never stuck around.
So I overfunctioned. I made my wants smaller. I chased harder. At 21 I baked banana bread at 11pm and left it on the porch of a man who hadn't texted me in four days. He broke up with a few days later.
And I told myself the story: men can't step up. All the good ones are taken. Maybe I'm just built to do this alone.
I was the common denominator. I'd spent my whole life trying to out-man every man in the room so I'd never need one because needing one was terrifying considering I couldn’t trust my dad to show up for me.
I was the problem. Which SUCKED to realize. But it was also SO freeing.
So I put the big dog down.
I practiced letting a man pay instead of fighting him for the bill. I practiced saying "yes, thank you" instead of "no, no, I've got it."
I practiced walking at my own pace while he held the door, instead of speed-walking so he'd never have to wait on me.
It felt like fire on my skin. And the men changed almost immediately.
I went from begging for a text back to being flown to tropical places. From doing every single thing myself to being taken care of in ways 21-year-old me would not have believed.
I built Magnetic Femme: a 60-day system that heals the root in your body with somatic work (not another year of just talking about it). At the same time, it gets you out dating, with me in your corner. Now men carry my bags, pay the bill, and hold the door while I walk at my own pace and book the trips.
You're done triple-texting Chad and calling it "keeping the conversation going"
You want to be pursued by a masculine protector-provider… not be the one doing the pursuing
You're READY to take accountability and do the work. (it will be fun I promise)
You're ready to shift out of masculine energy and actually allow him to step up for you.
You want real dates in 90 days: not matches, not pen pals, not a guy who's been "so busy" since March
You want the one perfect text that makes him propose.
You're planning to wear your men-are-trash t-shirt to our first call
You're not ready to look at where your patterns came from
You're signing up hoping I'll hand you a witchcraft spell that has him crawling back on his hands and knees
You want someone to fix you while you watch
A 6-month coaching program for the woman who's ready to go on real dates with high-effort men and completely change how she dates, who she dates and how she feels about herself.
Real dates meaning: he plans it. He picks the place. He pursues you with intention. (One of my clients had a man drive eight hours through a snowstorm to take her out. That's the standard we're building.)
Because right now you're answering a "what you doin" text at 11pm and eating Chick-fil-A on the floor of a condo with a man that doesn't have a couch.
How we get you there: we heal the wound in your body, not just your head… get you out of big-dog mode, and take it straight into real-life dating.
If reading the books and listening to the podcasts worked, you'd be with Prince Charming right now.
You can read an entire book about car mechanics and still not be able to change your own oil. Knowing is not the same as doing. You know exactly why your mom's victim mentality triggers you… and you'll still end up hiding in the bathroom with a glass of wine on Christmas Day.
The pattern lives in your nervous system.
So we work in the body… tapping, somatic release, regulation practices built for you... So you can stay calm when he doesn't text back right away, say the thing instead of swallowing it, and let a man do something for you without crawling out of your skin.
Then we take it into real life: profile audits, help with what to text, and a debrief after every date.
Do the work and if you're not on 3–5 dates with high-effort men within 90 days, you don't pay.
Six months. Intentionally designed to walk you through my signature method: rewire the pattern, get you out of the big dog and into your feminine, and have you dating high-effort men. Long enough to actually change how you operate.
Honestly? Doing this work when you're not in the thick of it is a bit of a cheat code. You get to rewire the pattern without also spending your evenings wondering whether Chad's going to text back. Then you walk into dating already regulated, already clear, already magnetic.
Tiny town? We'll figure out where your man actually is. he exists.
